Hello! My name is Yuriko and I’m a visual development artist and painter, currently available for full-time or freelance work. I am originally from Mie, Japan, raised among cows and bicycles in Davis, CA, and graduated from San José State University in 2017 with a BFA in Animation/Illustration.

Outside of art, I am usually in the mountains backpacking, hiking, climbing, skiing, canyoneering, whitewater kayaking, or whatever outdoor hobby I decide to pick up next. I also have a collection of kimonos (traditional Japanese dress) that I like to wear every opportunity I get.
